摘　　要：医院所有档案尤其是医疗档案是医院建设和发展中的一种重要信息资源,必须加强保管和保护,做好医疗档案的完整和保密工作具有十分重要的意义。思想政治工作是加强医疗档案保密工作的基础和前提,是开展医疗档案保密工作的一种有效方式和重要手段。本文主要从当前医疗档案保密工作中容易出现的思想偏差、思想政治工作对加强医疗档案保密工作内在联系以及增强寓教于先中做好医疗档案保密工作的成效三个方面来论述在寓教于先中加强医疗档案保密工作。All the files especially the hospital medical files is an important information resource for hospital construction and development, we must strengthen the custody and protection. It is great significance to do the integrity and confidenti;~lity of medical records. The ideological and political work is the basis and premise to strengthen medical records confidential, and also an effective way and important means. Three aspects had been discoursed in this paper including the ideological bias prone to medical records con- fidential work, the intrinsically link of ideological and political work to strengthen the medical records confidential work and the effect of strengthen the confidentiality of medical records in the apartment taught.
