摘　　要：目的:探讨再次经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的可行性及临床效果。方法:C型臂透视下行再次椎弓根穿刺,注入骨水泥。结果:6例患者术后均取得了满意的效果,且无并发症及不良反应。结论:再次PVP术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折疗效满意。Objective： To investigate the feasibility and clinical effects of PVP surgery again in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture. Methods ： Under the C-arm fluoroscopy, puncture of pedicle of vertebral arch was given for a second time and bone cement was injected. Results ：6 patients achieved satisfactory results after surgery with no complications and adverse reactions. Conclusion：PVP for a second time shows satisfactory clinical effects in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures.
