补肾益脑汤治疗血管性痴呆临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾益脑汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将96例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组46例采用比拉西坦注射液、银杏叶注射液,静脉滴注。治疗组50例在对照组基础上服用补肾益脑汤(方药组成:熟地黄15 g,枸杞子15 g,白芍20 g,山茱萸15 g,巴戟天8 g,肉苁蓉15 g,党参20 g,白术20 g,山药30 g,茯苓15 g,杜仲15 g,益智仁20 g,石菖蒲30 g,郁金15 g,远志12 g,怀牛膝15 g)治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:两组均能改善患者的MMSE评分,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症候改善明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益脑汤治疗血管性痴呆疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of self-formulated Yishen Bunao Decoction for the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods：96 cases of vascular dementia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group with 46 cases was given intravenous infusion of Piracetam injection and ginkgo leaf injection,while the treatment group of 50 patients, based on the above treatment was administered self-formulated Yishen Bunao Decoction（ Recipe components：Rehmannia 15 g, medlar 15 g, white peony root 20 g, dogwood 15 g, Morinda 8 g, Cistanche 15 g, Radix Codonopsis 20 g, Atractylodes 20 g, Chinese yam 30 g,Poria 15 g,Eucommia 15 g,bitter cardamon 20 g,grassleaved sweetflag rhizome 30 g,turmeric 15 g,the Polygalaceae 12 g,radix achyranthis bidentatae 15 g）. The clinical therapeutic effects of both groups were observed. Resuhs：Both groups could improve the MMSE scores of patients and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The treatment group could significant improve the symptoms and had comparability（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Yishen Bunao Decoction has significant therapeutic effect for the treatment of vascular dementia.
