活血理气疏肝汤治疗胃痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血理气疏肝汤治疗胃痛(瘀血停胃证)的临床疗效。方法:将胃痛(瘀血停胃证)患者85例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组45例,对照组40例。对照组口服维酶素片治疗,每天3次;治疗组采用活血理气疏肝汤(方药组成:蒲公英30 g,生蒲黄15 g,五灵脂15 g,丹参15 g,檀香10 g,砂仁6 g,柴胡12 g,延胡索15 g,木香6 g,郁金15 g,党参15 g,三七10 g,白芍30 g,炙甘草5 g)治疗,每日1剂,水煎2次,煎液混合后共取汁450 mL,在早、中、晚饭后0.5 h温服。4周为1个疗程。结果:对照组40例,痊愈12例,显效9例,有效10例,无效9例,有效率为77.50%;治疗组45例,痊愈21例,显效12例,有效9例,无效3例,有效率93.33%。两组有效率比较χ,2=4.379,ν=1,P=0.036<0.05,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论:活血理气疏肝汤治疗胃痛(瘀血停胃证)有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effects of Huoxue Liqi Shugan Decoction （Decoction for Activating Blood, Regulating Qi and Smoothing Liver） in treating stomachache of blood stasis syndrome. Methods ：85 cases of stomachache（ Syndrome of Blood Stasis in stomach） were divided into the treatment group（45 cases） and the control group（40 cases） by random number table method. The control group was treated by Vitac0enzyme tablets, three times a day with one dosage of 16 g; the treatment group was treated by Huoxue Liqi Shugan Decoction（ eomposition：Taraxacum mongolicum Hand 30 g,Typha angustifolia 15 g, Trogopterus xanthipes M ilne- Edwards 15 g, Slauia miltiorrhiza Bunge 15 g, Santalum album 10 g, Amomum villosum Lour 6 g, Radix Bupleuril2 g, Corydalis tuber 15 g,Aueklandia lappa Decne 6 g, Root-tuber of Aromatic Turmeric 15 g, Codonopsis pilosula 10 g, PaconialaetifloraPall 30 g, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 5 g）. One dosage with decocted twice per day, take 450 mL of decoction after mixing decoctions and administrate warmly 0.5 h after breakfast,lunch and dinner respectively. 4 weeks were one course of treatment. Results ： In the control group of 40 cases,12 eases were cured;9 achieved excellent effects; 10 were effective;9 were ineffective;the effective rate was 77.50%. In the treatment group of 45 cases ,21 cases were cured, 12 achieved excellent effects ,9 were effective ,3 were ineffective and the effective rate was 93.33%. Comparison of the effective rates of two groups showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group and the difference had statisticalslgmficance （χ2 = 4. 379, v = 1 ,P = 0. 036 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Huoxue Liqi Shugan Decoction has good clini- cal curative effects in treating stomachache of blood stasis in stomach syndrome.
