中西医结合治疗更年期崩漏临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西结合治疗更年期崩漏的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为两组,对照组患者口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇片,每天1次1,次1片,连服21 d。治疗组在对照组的基础上配合固本止崩汤(方药组成:熟地黄30 g,人参10 g,白术30 g,黄芪10 g,当归15 g,炮姜5 g)治疗,水煎服,每天1剂,连续7～10剂。连续治疗3个月经周期。结果:治疗组有效率为97.1%,对照组有效率为74.3%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗更年期崩漏效果显著。Objective：To explore the curative effects of Climacteric metrorrhagia and metrostaxis treated by the integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods：The control group was orally given Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets, once a day, one tablet once, continuously taking for 21 d. The treatment group was additionally given Guben Zhibeng Decoction（ composition： Rehmannia glutinosa 30 g, Panax ginseng 10g, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz 30 g, Astragalus membranaceus 10 g, Angelica sinensis 15 g, baked ginger 5 g） based on the control group,one dose a day, continuously taking 7 to 10 doses and treating for 3 menstrual cycles. Results： The total effective rates were 97.1% and 74.3% in the treatment group and the control group respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has great effects on the treatment of climacteric metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.
