百合地黄汤加味联合西药用于更年期郁证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨百合地黄汤加味联合西药治疗妇女更年期郁证的临床疗效。方法:将54例更年期郁证患者随机分为治疗组27例和对照组27例,对照组口服帕罗西汀片20 mg,每日1次,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用百合地黄汤加味(方药组成:百合60 g,生地黄15 g,丹参30 g,川芎20 g,菊花15 g)治疗。结果:两组比较,治疗组临床症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百合地黄汤加味联合西药治疗更年期郁证疗效显著。Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effects of adding and subtracting Baihe Dihuang Decoction in treating climacterium depression syndrome of women. Methods ：54 cases of climacterium depression syndrome were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given the oral administration of 20 mg paroxetine, once a day; the treatment group was additionally given Baihe Dihuang Decoction based on the control group （prescription composition：Lilium lancifolium Thunb 60g, Rehmannia glutinosa 15 g,Slauia mihiorrhiza Bunge 30 g, Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort 20 g, Dendranthemamorifolium 15 g）. Results：Contrast of two groups showed that the decrease degree of HAMD scale score and clinical symptoms in the treatment group were all superior to the control group, and the difference had statistical sifnificance（ p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The addition and subtraction of Baihe Dihuang Decoction has great curative effects on the treatment of depression syndrome.
