摘　　要：将中医药"方-证-剂对应"思想用于愈肠宁方的研制,研制出具有胃-结肠两步释药特点、整体与局部治疗兼顾的愈肠宁胃-结肠分释胶囊。通过药效学评价,显示出该制剂疗效明显。这一指导思想为中药复方制剂的现代研制提供一种新的研究思路,值得继续深入研究。The corresponding thinking of ＂prescription-pattern-agent＂ of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has been used in the research of Yu-Chang-Ning prescription.The Yu-Chang-Ning stomach-colon releasing capsule has been developed.The capsule has the two-step drug releasing characteristics of both in the stomach and colon,which treats the entire body as well as the local region.Through the preparation and pharmacodynamics evaluation,it shows that the drug efficacy is obvious.So,guideline of the corresponding thinking of ＂prescription-pattern-agent＂ of TCM for the development of herbal preparations provides a new thinking.Further in-depth study should be continued.
