基于药性组合模式的颜正华教授治疗胃胀痛用药规律初步分析

摘　　要：药性是方剂配伍的重要依据之一,本文尝试从药性组合的层面分析国医大师颜正华教授治疗胃胀痛方剂的配伍特征,探索基于药性组合模式的中药方剂配伍规律研究方法。首先依据已知的中药方剂构建相应的方剂数据库,利用关联规则算法,分析颜正华教授治疗胃胀痛方剂的药性组合模式。研究结果揭示了颜正华教授在治疗胃胀痛中方剂的配伍规律,为名医学术思想的继承提出了新的思路。Medicinal prescription is one of the important criteria for compatibility of Chinese medicine.This article analyzed the herbal medicine combination from prescription of Prof.Yan Zhenghua,who is a national Chinese medicine master,in the treatment of stomach pain.Prof.Yan has explored research methods of the compatibility of Chinese medicine discipline based on the medical nature combination mode.The corresponding prescription database of existed prescriptions has been established.Association rules algorithm was used in the analysis of combination modes of Yan Zhenghua＇s prescription in the treatment of stomach pain.The results revealed the prescription characteristics of Yan Zhenghua＇s treatment of stomach pain.This study puts forward new ideas inherited from famous doctor＇s academic ideas.
