摘　　要：滁州市机械(汽车)产业发展初具规模,贡献比较突出;技术有所提高,产业优势凸显;资源优势独特,发展机遇难得。滁州市机械(汽车)产业发展的制约因素主要包括企业规模较小,整体竞争力较弱;技术创新薄弱,核心竞争力不强;资金需量较大,融资的渠道不畅。加速发展滁州市机械(汽车)产业的对策与建议主要包括:加快园区建设,夯实产业基础;拓宽融资渠道,缓解资金压力;强化技术创新,提升整体水平;注重人才培养,提高创新能力。The development of machinery （automobile） industry of Chuzhou city took shape, and its con- tribution is more prominent. The technology has been improved, the industrial advantages are visible; the resource advantage is unique, and the development opportunity is rare. The restricting factors of development of Chuzhou machinery （auto） industry mainly include the following respects： the scale of enterprises is smaller, the overall competitiveness is weaker, the technical innovation is weak, the core competitiveness is not strong, the capital demand is larger, the financing channel is not free. The coun- termeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of machinery （automobile） industry of Chuzhou city are put forwards as the following： to accelerate industrial park construction for consolida- ting industrial foundation, to broaden the financing channels for alleviate financial pressure, to strengthen technical innovation for enhancing the overall level and to pay attention to personnel training for improving the ability of innovation.
