摘　　要：靶向制剂具有提高靶组织的药理作用强度和控制释药,恒定血药浓度,降低全身的不良反应等鲜明特点,是一种较理想的给药方式,因此靶向给药系统(TDDS)已成为现代药剂学的重要研究热点之一.本文就靶向制剂的研究近况及其进展进行概括.Targeting drug delivery system could improve the target tissues of the pharmacological effects and control drug release,stabilize blood drug level,decrease systemic adverse reactions and have other distinctive features,so it is an ideal way of administration.Thus targeting drug delivery system has become an important research hotspot of modern pharmaceutics.In this paper,the research status of targeted agents and its progress were summarized.
