摘 要:为解决工业生产中对环境温度进行多点精密测量和温度数据自动存储的需求。以MSP430F449为控制器,Pt1000为温度传感器,设计了单电桥恒压源方式的四通道温度检测电路,以SD卡为存储介质,完成了SD卡的硬件电路设计和底层驱动,以及基于FAT16文件系统的温度数据存储设计。给出了测温单元、存储单元、数据发送显示单元和辅助单元的硬件及软件设计方法。采用低温漂精密电阻器的测温试验结果表明:该系统在-23~100℃范围内温度测量偏差小于0.03℃。实验室的实际应用表明:该设计可靠性高,便携性好,能对多点温度精密测量并自动存储,适用于大部分的温度测量场合。In order to meet the needs of multi-point temperature auto measurement data storage for the industrial production,four-channel temperature measuring circuit is designed by using MSP430F449 as the main controller and Pt1000 as the temperature sensor. The temperature signal is sampled from the single bridge which is supplied by a constant voltage power. In the mean time, the hardware circuit based on SD card and the temperature data storage system based on FAT16 is designed. The hardware and software design method of the measure module, the storage module, the communication module and the auxiliary module is given in this paper Temperature measure experimentation result shows the system can reach 0.03℃ in the range --23-100℃. The result also shows that the system is reliable and portable, and can meet many needs of multi-point temperature measure.
