不同脉冲电流频率针药复合麻醉对肺切除患者肝功能保护的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过观察肝功能相关指标数值的变化,评价不同脉冲电流频率的针药复合麻醉对肺切除患者肝功能保护的效果。方法:选取开胸肺切除术病人75例,分为3组(两个实验组和一个对照组),行分层分段随机、单盲、阳性对照、多中心的临床试验。术前、术中、术后分别采集患者血样进行检测,获取影响肝功能的相关数据,以备评价所用。结果:3组中,针药复合麻醉2Hz组的谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的数据变化趋势最小,最稳定。结论:针药复合麻醉效果显著,使转氨酶变化水平保持平稳,起到了对肝功能的保护作用,减轻和避免全麻手术带来的潜在危险性。Objective：By observing the changing of liver function related index value,we assessed the influence of combined acupuncture and drug anesthesia with different pulse frequency on protection of liver function.Method：This was a single-blind,randomized,positive control and multi-center clinical trial.75 thoracotomy patients were selected.These patients were divided into three groups（2 study groups and 1 control group）,one study group was treated with pulse frequency of 2Hz,the other 2/100Hz.The electroacupuncture all started 30 minutes before the operation in study groups,the control group only with general anesthesia.Before,during and after operation,blood samples were collected to assess the liver function parameters.Result：Among all the three groups,ALT and AST were found steadiest in 2Hz group.Conclusion：The effects of combined acupuncture and drug anesthesia were obvious,which protect the liver function,stabilizes the aminotransferase and reduces the potential danger of general anesthesia.
