云南黄芪对小鼠免疫功能影响实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪醇提取物的水溶液及脂溶液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:分别用黄芪的水溶液及脂溶液给小鼠灌胃10d后,检测小鼠免疫器官重量、单核-腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力、淋巴细胞增殖转化及细胞因子的情况。结果:胸腺指数测定和淋巴细胞增殖转化试验阳性,黄芪脂溶雄性组TNFα浓度的均数小于对应的溶剂对照组,黄芪脂溶雌性组和雄性组的TNFα浓度的均数小于对应的混合组。结论:黄芪有增强免疫功能的作用;黄芪可能抑制正常小鼠分泌TNFα。Objective：To study the effect of Astragalus mongholicus on immune function of mice.Methods：One hundred and forty mice were randomly divided into 14 groups（n=14）.Their immune organ weights,phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophages in abdominal cavity,proliferation,transformation of lymphocytes and density of Cytokines were detected 10 days after intra-gastric administration of astragalus ethanol extract.Results：Test of viscera/weight ratio determination and lymphocyte proliferation transformation was positive.The mean of TNFα concentration of fat solution was lower than mix solution and solvent controls.Conclusion：Astragalus mongholicus can increase the immune function of mice.
