清瘤亮喉方对梨状窝VX2瘤兔生存率的干预及其解剖学观察

摘　　要：目的:建立梨状窝兔VXZ移植癌动物模型,从实验室角度探讨清瘤亮喉方对梨状窝VX2瘤兔的治疗效果。方法:建立梨状窝VX2瘤兔模型后,随机分为治疗组(清瘤亮喉方)、对照组(5-f嘧脲啶)、空白组,观察瘤兔的一般生命体征、生存率等,并结合解剖,观察清瘤亮喉方对梨状窝VX2瘤兔的治疗作用。结论:清瘤亮喉方与5-f嘧脲啶组对肿瘤的干预性与空白组存在显著差异;对早期瘤兔的干预性清瘤亮喉方组与5-f嘧脲啶组存在显著差异。清瘤亮喉方对中晚期梨状窝VX2瘤兔的治疗作用与5-f嘧脲啶组无明显差异。Objective：To study the therapeutic effects on the VX2 hypolaryngocarcinom model with Qingliu Linghou Formula.Methods：The rabbit VX2 hypolaryngocarcinom（HPC）model was established,then HPC model rabbits were divided into three groups in random：blank groups,control groups of 5-f（fluorouracil）and Chinese herb groups（Qingliu Linghou Formula）.Therefore,the growth and metastatic character were observed by anatomy.Conclusion：The control groups and treatment groups in the living quality,duration and in anatomy were markedly different than the blank groups.Qingliu Linghou Formula can effectively improve the living quality and prolong the life of the cancer rabbit.
