摘　　要：通过对古文献的整理总结,阐述了三九天灸的理论渊源。从中医和现代医学两方面说明了三九天灸的机理,表明三九天灸主要借助大自然及机体阳气回升之势,通过药物对穴位的刺激作用,以补气助阳、疏经通络,调节脏腑功能,起到提高机体免疫力的作用。Through summarizing the ancient literature,it clarifies the origin theory of Sanjiu medicinal vesiculation.From the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,it explains the mechanism of Sanjiu medicinal vesiculation,indicating that with the help of the rising trend of yangqi of the nature and the body,Sanjiu medicinal vesiculation could tonify yangqi,dredge the meridian and regulate visceral function,so to improve the body immunity through the stimulating effect of the drug sticking to acupoint.
