摘　　要：目的:观察六三汤加味论治慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:应用六三汤加味论治慢性前列腺炎患者115例,以中药(包括草药)汤剂内服,每日1剂,分3次温服,14天为1个疗程,治疗2～4个疗程后观察疗效。结果:临床治愈27例(23.49%),显效48例(42.74%),有效31例(26.96%),无效9例(7.83%),总有效率93.19%。结论:六三汤加味从肾虚湿热论治慢性前列腺炎疗效显著。Objective：To observe the efficacy of modified Liusan Tang in treating chronic prostatitis.Methods：According to discrimination of symptom and separation of type of TCM,use the modified Liusan Tang to treat chronic prostatitis in 115 cases.They were treated with oral decoction of traditional Chinese medicine（including Chinese herbal）.One prescription is disparted into three times daily,14 days for a course of treatment.After 2 to 4 courses of treatment,effect was evaluated.Results：Healed in 27 cases（23.49%）,obviously effective in 48 cases（42.74%）,effective in 31 cases（26.96%）,ineffective in 9 cases（7.83%）,the total cure rate was 93.19%.Conclusions：Modified Liusan Tang,based on dampness-heat of kidney deficiency theory,has significant effects on chronic prostatitis.
