复方双花片治疗上呼吸道感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方双花片治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:239例上呼吸道感染患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组180例给予复方双花片治疗,对照组59例给予复方鱼腥草片治疗,疗程3天。结果:治疗组疾病总有效率为100%,对照组疾病总有效率为96.6%,两组疾病总有效率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗组中医证候总有效率95%,对照组中医证候总有效率93.2%,两组中医证候总有效率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:复方双花片和复方鱼腥草片治疗上呼吸道感染效果等效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Shuanghua tablets in treating upper respiratory tract infection.Methods：239 cases of upper respiratory tract infection were randomized into treatment group and contral group.180 cases in treatment group were given compound Shuanghua tablets and 59 cases in control group were given compound Yuxingcao Tablets,treatment period is 3 days.Results：The total effective rate of the disease was 100% in treatment group,and was 96.6% in control group,indicating no significant difference in comparison（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate of syndrome of TCM was 95% in treatment group,and was 93.2% in control group,indicating no significant difference in comparison（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Compound Shuanghua tablets and compound Yuxingcao tablets had equal efficacy.
