摘　　要：文章主要叙述了血栓闭塞性脉管炎的辨证论治及调护心得,作者主张采用温经散寒,活血通络法;疏通经络,活血化瘀法;清热利湿,活血通络法;清热解毒,凉血止痛法;补养气血法5种方法论治血栓闭塞性脉管炎。并从生活、饮食、情志三方面讲述了血栓闭塞性脉管炎的调护心得。This article mainly describes the syndrome differentiation and care capriccioso of thromboangiitis obliterans.The author advocates adopting the five methods of warming channels to dispel coldness and activating blood to dredge collaterals,dredging channels and collaterals to activate blood and remove blood stasis,clearing heat and removing dampness to activate blood and dredge collaterals,clearing heat and detoxifying,cooling blood and analgesia,supplementing qi and nourishing blood for thromboangiitis obliterans.At the same time,care capriccioso of thromboangiitis obliterans is also been given from the three aspects of life,diet and emotion.
