摘 要:凝聚力是使团体凝聚在一起的重要因素,也是国家繁荣和高校进步的有利保证,它对提高大学生的社会交往能力,加强大学生心理健康水平都有重要的积极意义。本文利用群体凝聚力问卷对6个游泳课的班级在课前、课后分别进行测量,并对结果进行了检验分析。最终使体育课的教学更丰富,使学生更积极地加入到体育课中,加强学生的社会适应能力,更好地融入到工作的团体中,也为提高大学生的凝聚力和心理健康提供依据。测量结果表明:大学生的凝聚力水平很差,急待创新的课程教学方法来解决。在实验组前后的群体凝聚力呈现显著性的差异,对照组在课前后的群体凝聚力差异不显著,课前对照组与实验组的群体凝聚力没有差异,课后对照组与实验组的群体凝聚力有显著性的差异。在高校体育教育中应重视体育课不同项目的特点,采用创新、灵活的教学方式。The cohesive force is to make groups together in the important factors, it is also the national prosperity and progress of the favorable university the warranty, it to improve university students' social interaction skills and strengthen college students' psychological health level is an important and positive significance. This paper use group cohesion questionnaire of six swimming class class in class before and after the measured respectively, and the results are the test analysis. Eventually the P.E. teaching more rich, make students more positive to join in P.E., have better social adaptation ability, can better into the work groups, also to enhance university students' psychological health cohesion and provides the basis. Measuring results show that: the cohesion of the college students' level is very poor, becoming the innovation of the teaching method to solve. In the group cohesion and present significant difference between, and the control group after group cohesion before class the difference was not significant, the control group and the group before class cohesion no difference, and the control group and the group after class cohesion have significant differences. In the universities sports education should pay attention to in the different characteristics of physical education project, using innovative and flexible teaching methods.
