现场总线技术在工业称重仪表中的应用

摘　　要：现场总线是近年来迅速发展起来的一种工业数据总线,它主要解决工业现场的智能化仪器仪表、控制器等终端设备间的数据通信,以及这些现场控制终端和高级控制系统之间的信息传递问题。由于现场总线简单、可靠、经济实用等一系列突出的优点,因而受到了许多大型工厂和设备厂商的高度重视。本文在阐述现场总线特点的基础上,结合某有限公司生产的XK3201(F701)系列称重控制仪表,论述几种常见现场总线技术在工业在线称重控制领域的应用。Field bus technology is an developing industrial data bus in recent years, it mainly solve data communication between intelligent instrument controller and terminal equipment in the industrial field, and the transmission of information between the field control terminal and advanced control systems. For its outstanding advantages, such as simple, reliable, economical and practical, it has been attached great importance to many large factories and equipment manufacturers. This paper described the characteristics of the field bus＇, and based on the combination of Wuxi Kefeng production of XK3201 （F701） series weighing control meter, this article discusses application of several common field bus technology in the area of industrial weighing Online control.
