摘　　要：卓越的全面风险管理能力是企业最重要的核心竞争能力之一,是企业综合实力的重要体现。强化制造型企业生产运作系统的风险管理能力是保障企业持续、稳健经营的基本要求,文章结合制造型企业H公司的实践,论述了制造型企业生产运作系统的风险管理方法。Brilliant ability of comprehensive management is one of the most important core competitiveness in the enterprise and the crucial embodiment of the enterprise＇ s comprehensive strength. Thus, to strengthen the risk management ability of production operation system in manufacturing-oriented enterprises is a basic requirement to guarantee the enterprises can be nm constantly and stably. Taking H Company as an example, the paper illuminates risk management methods of production operation system in manufacturing-oriented enterprises.
