摘　　要：文章对生产力促进中心体系建设进行了简要概述,论述了加强生产力促进中心体系建设重点省行动广西试点建设的重要意义,从建设广西千亿元产业科技创新服务平台、建立健全北部湾经济区生产力促进联盟运行管理机制、开展面向重大产业及现代农业的技术创新服务示范、生产力促进体系建设理论研究4个方面探讨加强广西试点建设的对策和措施。The paper briefly introduces the productive forces propel the construction of central system, expounds the significance of strengthening key provinces activity, Guangxi pilot construction under the framework and discusses countermeasures to strengthen Guangxi pilot construction from four angles, namely, the construction of Guangxi 100 billion ynan scientific and technological innovative service platform, the construction and improvement of allied operation management framework propelled by productive forces in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the activity of technological innovative service model for major industries and modern agriculture anti the study of the productive forces propelling the construction of central system.
