摘  要:为解决人们对能在北方正常越冬的鱼腥草有利变异种苗的需求,以具有侧芽的嫩茎为材料,采用组织培养的方法,进行了鱼腥草变异植株侧芽的生长、生长芽的生根、试管苗生根的继代增殖培养,以及试管苗的移栽、扦插和定植研究。结果表明,MS+1.0 mg/L GA3+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA是侧芽生长培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+0.6 mg/L IAA是生长芽生根培养和试管苗生根继代增殖培养的理想培养基。试管苗移栽成活率为95%以上,扦插成活率为87%以上。定植的试管苗保持了在北方能正常越冬的有利变异性状和其它所有鱼腥草的植物学性状。To meet the people' s needs for the favorable variant of Houttuynia cordata which could normally wintering in north China, the tender stems with buds were used for tissue culture to study the growth of lateral buds, rooting of growing buds, rooting multiplication of tube seedlings and the transplanting, euttage and planting of tube seedlings. The results showed that MS + 1.0 mg/L GA3 + 1.0 mg,/L 6 - BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA was the best medium for the growth of lateral buds; 1/3MS +0.6 mg/L IAA was the ideal medium for rooting culture of growing buds and rooting multiplication of tube seedlings. The transplanting survival rate was more than 95% , and the cuttage survival rate was more than 87%. The tube seedlings maintained the favorable variance of normal wintering in north China and all the other botany characteristics of Houttuynia cordata.
