摘 要:比较了4个花生品种的胚小叶在不同浓度NAA和TDZ诱导培养基中的不定芽诱导率;并观察了用0.1%升汞和10%次氯酸钠不同处理的灭菌效果及其对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:花生种子用75%酒精处理0.5~1 min后用10%次氯酸钠处理15 min灭菌效果理想,萌发率高;诱导培养基中以添加1 mg/LNAA和0.02 mg/L TDZ最有利于不定芽诱导,4个花生品种诱导率都较高,达到80%以上,其中花育20的芽诱导率最高,为89.2%。The shoot induction rate of lobules embryos from 4 peanut cuhivars were media added different concentrations of NAA and TDZ.
