外来手术器械纳入消毒供应中心管理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨外来手术器械规范化管理的效果。方法总结2008年6月-2010年6月医院两种不同管理外来手术器械的方法,按实施集中管理方法的前后顺序,分为对照组和试验组,对其进行回顾性对比分析。结果外来器械纳入消毒供应中心管理后,器械清点准确率由63.0%升至100.0%,清洗合格率由56.0%升至96.0%,湿包发生率由35.1%降至2.0%,生物监测率由84.9%升至100.0%,质量追溯有效率由65.0%升至100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),器械遗失率由6.2%降至0.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外来器械纳入消毒供应中心规范化处理,能全方位的提高手术器械质量,有效地保证手术器械安全使用,减少医院感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of standardized management of rent surgical instruments.METHODS The management of the rent surgical instruments with two methods in central sterile supply room from Jun 2008 to Jun 2010 was reviewed and summarized,according to the order of implementing the centralized management methods,those rent instruments were divided into the control group and experimental group,and the results were retrospectively reviewed.RESULTS After taking the rent surgical instruments into the management of central sterile supply department,the accuracy of instruments checking rose from 63.0% to 100.0%,the qualified rate of the cleaning rose from 56.0% to 96.0%,the incidence of wet package fell from 35.1% to 2.0%,the rate of biological monitoring rose from 84.9% to 100.0%,the effective rate of quality tracing rose from 65.0% to 100.0%（P〈0.01）,and the instrument losing rate dropped from 6.2% to 0.7%,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Taking the rent surgical instruments into the standardized management of CSSD can improve the quality of surgical instruments in all-round way,guarantee the safety of using surgical instruments effectively,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
