摘　　要：基于电弧炉炼钢的工艺过程,提出由工控机和可编程序控制器(PLC)组成的综合控制系统。工控机可实现系统的数据管理和物料设定值计算,PLC完成设备的动作控制及相关信号的处理。在分析和计算多种配料控制方法的基础上,设计了称重控制子程序。运行结果表明:该系统稳定可靠,控制精度和生产效率高。Based on steelmaking process of electric arc furnace, an integrated control sys- tem is proposed, which is composed of industrial computer and programmable logic control- ler （PLC）. The industrial computer is used for data management and calculation of material set value, and the PLC is applied to control equipment action and deal with related signals. On the basis of analyzing and calculating control method on variety burden, the subprogram of weighing control is designed. The running results show that the system is stable and reli- able which has high control accuracy and production efficiency.
