摘  要:利用高压变压器的非理想化参数作为LLC谐振回路的部件提高电源的性能和可靠性。根据变压器等效电路模型,分析利用高压变压器的阻抗频率特性和增益频率特性(波特图)测量分布参数的方法,设计并实测高压变压器阻抗与增益频率特性,计算激磁电感、漏感、绕组电容、直流电阻和磁芯损失电阻等模型参数,进行SPICE仿真分析。仿真结果与实测结果基本相符,验证了该方法的有效性。Using transformer distributed parameters as component in LLC resonant tank could improve the performance and reliability of high voltage converter. It is essential to ex- tract high voltage transformer distributed parameters. Based on the equivalent circuit model of transformer, it is analyzed that the measuring method of transformer distributed parame- ters based on the Bode plot of impedance and gain frequency response. The frequency re- sponse of the designed high-voltage transformer is measured. It is computed the parameters include magnetizing inductance, leakage inductance, winding capacitor, DCR ( Directed Connected Resistance) and Core loss Resistor. The SPICE simulation upon computed result verifies the validity of the method.
