摘  要:田菁是一种重要的海滨饲料植物,探讨了重金属Zn^(2+)与Cd^(2+)对田菁种子萌发及种子根活力的影响。结果表明:重金属Zn^(2+)与Cd^(2+)对田菁种子萌发产生显著影响,随着胁迫浓度的升高,田菁种子发芽率呈下降趋势。不同浓度的Zn^(2+)与Cd^(2+)对田菁种子根的活力也产生显著影响,随着重金属胁迫浓度的增加,田菁种子根活力呈先升高而后降低趋势。Sesbania cannabina is an important coastal forage plants, the effects of heavy metals Zn^2 and Cd^2+ on Sesbania cannabina seed germination and root activity was studied. The results showed that heavy metal Zn^2+ and Cd^2+ have a significant effect. With the rise of the stress concentration, Sesbania seed germination rate declined. Different concentrations of Zn^2+ and Cd^2+ on root vitality have a significant impact also, With the increase of the heavy metal concentration, Sesbania seed root activity present the trend of increased first and then decrease.
