摘  要:试验研究窿缘桉(Eucalyptus exserta)浓度分别为0.05、0.1 g/mL及0.2 g/mL的叶片水浸提液对山毛豆(Tephrosiacandida DC)、黑麦草(Lolium perenne)2种植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,试验结果表明,0.1 g/mL及0.2g/mL的桉树叶水浸提液处理对山毛豆和黑麦草种子的发芽率、幼苗根数、根长和苗高表现出显著的抑制效应,并且抑制作用随着桉树叶水浸提取液浓度的提高而逐渐增强;按树叶水浸提液对黑麦草的抑制作用强于对山毛豆的抑制作用,在0.2 g/mL的高浓度水浸提液处理下,山毛豆的发芽率、根数抑制率、根长抑制率、苗高抑制率及综合化感指数分别为10.8%、59.7%、77.6%、41.9%及-0.545,黑麦草的发芽率、根数抑制率、根长抑制率、苗高抑制率及综合化感指数则分别为6.0%、66.1%、95.2%、72.0%及-0.797 5。The experiment studied the effects of the aqueous leaf extract of Eucaly exserta on the seed germination and seedling growth of Tephrosia candida DC and Lolium perenne. The results showed that the seed germination rate, seedling root number, root length and seedling height of Lolium perenne and Tephrosia candida DC were all remarkably restrained by aqueous leaf extract of Eucaly exserta. Besides, the inhibition were obvious with the increasing concentration of aqueous concentrations of aqueous leaf extract, the germination leaf extract of Eucaly exserta. Under 0.2 g/mL high rate, root several inhibition rate, root length inhibition rate, shoot height inhibition rate and comprehensive sense for index of Tephrosia candida DC were 10.8%, 59.7%, 77.6%, 41.9% and - 0. 545 respectively, however, the germination rate, root several inhibition rate, root length inhibition rate, shoot height inhibition rate and comprehensive sense for index of Lolium perenne were 6.0% ,66.1% ,95.2% ,72.0% and -0.797 5 respectively.
