摘  要:中等职业学校教师掌握基本的教学技能,但在教学设计和确定课程目标时缺乏明确的目标导引,在现代化教学手段运用、实验和实践教学的开展和教学评价认识等方面存在不足。中等职业学校要开展校本研究,有针对性地开展教师教学技能培训;实施校企联动,创新教师培训和学生培养模式;增强教师反思教学意识,提高教育教学研究能力;制定和实行有职业教育特色的教学评价体系。The teachers of secondary vocational schools possess the basic teaching skills, but they are short of clear objectives to guide them to design teaching and define curriculum objectives, and they are insufficient in implementing modern teaching means, launching experimental and practice teaching and cognizing teaching evaluation. Secondary vocational schools should carry out school-based research and make pointed references to launch teachers' teaching skills training; implement school-enterprise linkage and innovate the model of teacher training and student cultivation; strengthen teachers' reflective teaching consciousness and improve education and teaching research abilities; formulate and implement teaching evaluation system with vocational education characteristics.
