摘 要:在控制水温25℃下,设置5组壳长(4.83±0.14)mm,质量(0.041±0.004)g的西施舌稚贝,每组249粒,分别混养湿质量(0.524±0.010)g的仿刺参5,10,15,20头,设无刺参的西施舌单养组作为对照.经30d的饲养,各组西施舌成活率均较高,在89%以上.混养西施舌壳长的生长较单养有显著差异(P<0.05),混养组间西施舌壳长差异不显著(P>0.05).H15西施舌壳长增长最多为(9.03±0.21)mm,西施舌的质量生长方面,单养和混养以及混养组间都差异极显著(P<0.01).H15西施舌增重最大为(0.490±0.107)g,混养的刺参成活率为100%,至实验结束,H05和H10组刺参质量呈先增长后下降的趋势;H15则持续增长;H20一直呈现负增长.The juvenile Coelomactra antiquata measuring(4.83±0.14) mm in shell length and weighting(0.041±0.004)g were stocked at a rate of 249 individuals per tank.Set up 5 groups of the juvenile Coelomactra antiquata and polycultured with juvenile Apostichopus japonicas averaging(0.524±010)g in body wet weight at a rate of 5,10,15,20 at water temperature of 25 ℃,and set up a free juvenile A.japonicas as control group.After breeding for 30 days,the results showed that the shell length growth of juvenile C.antiquata of the poly-culture treatments was superior to mono-culture treatment,they were significant different(P〈0.05),but the shell length of the juvenile C.antiquata was not significant difference(P〉0.05) between the poly-culture treatments.The shell length growth of juvenile C.antiquata had a maximum of(9.03±0.21)mm in the group H15.In aspects of individual weight of the juvenile C.antiquata,the poly-culture treatments and mono-culture treatment was extremely significant difference(P〈0.01).The individual weight of juvenile C.antiquata had a maximum of(0.490±0.107) g in the group H15.The survival rate of the juvenile A.japonicas was 100% in the poly-culture treatments.At the end of the experiment,the growth of the juvenile A.japonicas showed a downward trend after the first growth in the group H05 and group H10.The weight of juvenile A.japonicas continued to grow all the time in group H15,but the weight of juvenile A.japonicas had been showing negative growth all the time in group H20.
