摘 要:为研究聚丙烯酰胺与羟乙基纤维素对砂浆性能的影响,对其工作性和强度进行了测试,并采用SEM对微观改性机理进行了分析。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺使砂浆保水性稍有提高,稠度降低,掺量为0.2%时,保水率为91.5%,稠度降幅达74%;抗压强度和抗折强度增大,却使折压比和粘结强度略有降低;羟乙基纤维素使砂浆保水率均在95%以上;当掺量为0.15%时,稠度增大;砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度有不同程度的降低,但却使砂浆的折压比和粘结强度有一定的提高,对砂浆的改性效果要优于聚丙烯酰胺;SEM测试发现聚丙烯酰胺和羟乙基纤维素提高了整体结构的致密性,优化了砂浆的微观结构,从而改善了砂浆的宏观性能。This paper was conducted on the effcet of polyacrylamide and hydroxyethyl cellulose ether on the performance of the cement mortar.The modification effect was analyzed using SEM.Experimental results indicate that polyacrylamide can slightly improve water retention and reduce consistency.Water retention rate is 91.5% and consistency decrease by 74% when content of PAM is 2%.The compressive and flexural strengths of mortar increase with the addition of polyacrylamide while the bend-press ratio and bond strength show slightly decrease.Hydroxyethyl cellulose ether can significantly improve water retention and it is higher than 95%.The consistency is increased and the workability of mortar is improved when the dosage of HEC is 0.15%.The compressive strength and flexural strength decrease slightly,with the introduction of hydroxyethyl cellulose ether but the mortar bend to press and bond strength improved to some extent.The modified effect of hydroxyethyl cellulose ether on mortar is superior to polyacrylamide.The result of scanning electron microscopy shows that polyacrylamide and hydroxyethyl cellulose improve the overall dense of the structure and greatly optimize mortar microstructure,therefore improving the macroscopic properties of the mortar.
