摘　　要：通过对镀锡板表面产生的小白点进行扫描电镜和能谱分析,观察小白点缺陷处的微观形貌和存在的元素种类,初步确定小白点形成的原因。模拟电镀试验表明:带钢表面的氧化物、油污以及黏附的橡胶是产生小白点缺陷的原因。The forming cause of the white spots was preliminarily determined by SEM and EDS analyses as well as the observation of the micro-morphology and element types at the white spot defects.The analogue electroplating tests indicate that the oxides,oil stains and adhered rubber on strip steel surface are the cause for formation of the white spot defects.
