衍生颗粒对去势雄性大鼠性功能及性器官的影响

摘　　要：目的观察衍生颗粒对去势雄性大鼠性功能及性器官生长发育的影响。方法采用去势动物模型,测定阴茎勃起潜伏期、勃起持续时间、包皮腺、前列腺、精囊腺、提肛肌等性器官重量,观察衍生颗粒对去势雄性大鼠性功能及性器官生长发育的影响。结果衍生颗粒大剂量组可以缩短去势雄性大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏时间,延长勃起持续时间,中剂量组及小剂量组对去势雄性大鼠的阴茎勃起时间则无显著影响。衍生颗粒各剂量组对去势雄性大鼠的性腺均未见显著影响。结论衍生颗粒可以缩短去势雄性大鼠阴茎勃起的潜伏期,延长勃起持续时间,但对性腺无显著影响。本实验结果为其临床应用提供了实验依据。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of Yansheng granules on the sexual function and sexual organ development of cas- trated rats. METHODS Castrated animal impotence model was employed to determine the erectile latency period and the weights of the preputial gland, seminal vesicle, prostate and levator ani muscle, so as to test the effect of Yansheng granules on the sexual func- tion and sexual organ development of castrated rats. RESULTS Yansheng granules at high dose could shorten the erectile latency pe- riod and extend the duration of erection of castrated rats. While in the middle and low dose groups the effect on the duration of erection was not significant. Yansheng granules showed no significant effect on sex gland in any dose group. CONCLUSION Yansheng gran- ules can shorten the erectile latency period, and extend the duration of erection of castrated rats, but have no significant effect on the gonad. The results of our experiments provide some theoretical and experimental evidence for the clinical application of this medicine.
