妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型青春期多囊卵巢综合征30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌代谢紊乱的疗效。方法对30例肥胖型青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者给予妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗3个月,观察治疗前后性激素指标、糖代谢指标、体重指数、面部痤疮评分等变化情况。结果患者LH、T及LH/FSH比值均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),FSH、E2、PRL、P及空腹血糖则无明显变化(P>0.05),空腹胰岛素、葡萄糖曲线下面积下降(P<0.05),胰岛素曲线下面积、HOMA-IR明显下降(P<0.01);体重指数及腰臀比下降。结论妈富隆联合二甲双胍对降低肥胖型青春期多囊卵巢综合征雄激素水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,恢复正常月经周期有明显效果。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of marvelon combined with metformin in the treatment of pubertal polyeystic ovarian syndrome： effect of endocrine and metabolic disorders. Methods Thirty obese adoles- cent girls with polycystic ovarian syndrome were given marvelon combined with metformin for 3 months. The sex hor- mone indexes, indices of glucose metabolism, body mass index, facial acne score changes were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, LH, T and LH / FSH ratio decreased than that before treatment （P〈0.05）, while FSH, E2, PRL, P and fasting glucose showed no significant change （P〉0.05）. The area under fasting insulin curve and glucose curve decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, and the area under the insulin curve was marked significant- ly decreased （P〈0.01）. The insulin resistance index of HOMA-IR decreased significantly （P〈0.01）, and the body mass index and waist-hip ratio also declined. Conclusion Marvelon combined with metformin is quite effective in reduc- ing obesity of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome and androgen levels, improving insulin resistance and recovering normal menstrual cycles.
