强化健康宣教对腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨强化健康宣教对腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2007年1月至2011年9月于本院进行腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术治疗的38例患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组19例与观察组19例,观察组在对照组的基础上强化健康宣教,并将两组患者宣教前及宣教后4周的心理状态及生活质量采用SCL-90和SF-36量表进行评估比较。结果观察组宣教后4周的SCL-90和SF-36量表评分均显著优于对照组,两组干预后不同时段比较,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论强化健康宣教对腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响较佳,其对于改善患者的生存状态发挥着积极的作用。Objective o analyze and study the influence of strengthening health education on the psychological state and the quality of life in patients with laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty. Methods Thirty-eight patients with laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty in our hospital from January 2007 to September 2011 were selected as research object. All the patients were divided into the control group （n=19） and the study group （n=19）. Then the psychological state and the quality of life in the two groups before and after the education at the 4th week were evaluat- ed and compared with SCL-90 and SF-36 score. Results The SCL-90 and SF-36 score in the study group after the education at the 4th week were all significantly better than those in the control group. The scores at different times after the intervention were compared between the two groups, showing statistically significant differences （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening health education is beneficial for the psychological state and the quality of life in patients with laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty, which plays an active role in improving the living state of patients.
