摘 要:目的探讨社会实践对护生综合素质的影响。方法选取南昌大学护理学院本科护生70名作为研究对象,男20名,女50名,年龄平均20岁。将研究对象随机分为两组,观察组35名,进行为期3年的针对性社会实践;对照组35名,进行传统模式的学习。在进入临床实习前对两组护生的综合素质进行测评。结果观察组的综合素质平均分为(33.8±4.35)分,对照组的综合素质平均分为(30.77±4.39)分,按α=0.05水准,两组进行t检验,差异具有统计学意义。结论在校护生参与社会实践能够全面培养护生的综合素质,为护生进入临床打下良好基础,为护理教育改革提供科学依据,具有可行性。Objective To explore the influence of social practice on the nursing students' comprehensive quality. Methods Seventy undergraduates (20 males and 50 females, aged 17-24 years old, 20 years old in average) from the Nursing College of Nanehang University were randomly divided into two groups, the study group (35 cases) and the control group (35 cases). The study group received targeted social practice and the control group received practice in the traditional mode. The comprehensive quality of nursing students was evaluated before entering into the clinical practice. Results The mean scores of the comprehensive quality are (33.8±4.35) in the study and (30.77±4.39) in the control group, showing statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Social practice can comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students, which lays good foundation for the nurs- ing students to enter into the clinical practice and provides the scientific basis for nursing education reform. Thus it is feasible for the nursing students to take part in social practice.
