摘  要:基于光纤光栅FBG的传感原理,设计研制了由光纤光栅传感器构成的煤矿锚杆支护巷道实时、动态监测系统。其传感器通过光波信息可实现应变、压强、温度、位移、振动等物理量的测量,具有抗电磁干扰,无源本质安全,远距离传输以及串/并连接构成分布式测量等优点。该监测系统经煤矿井下工业性试验,取得了良好的效果。The real-time, dynamic monitoring system of coal mine bolt support roadway is made up of fiber grating sensors. Based on fiber grating FBG sensor principle, the sensor can realize the measurement of physical quantity such as straining, pressure, temperature, displacement and vibrating etc. through light wave information. The sensor has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interfere, passive intrinsically safe, long distance transmission and series and parallel connection. After operation, this monitoring system gains good effect through underground coal mine industrial test.
