摘　　要：为研究Kisspeptin在初情期前母羊下丘脑的分布定位。将3只雌性小尾寒羊屠宰,采集下丘脑,制作冰冻切片,利用免疫组化技术研究Kisspeptin在下丘脑各神经核团的分布定位。结果表明:Kisspeptin主要分布于母羊下丘脑的弓状核,在室旁核、视上核、下丘脑背内侧核、腹内核、下丘脑后核、前腹侧视周核和乳头体核上也有少量分布。Kisspeptin在下丘脑主要分布于弓状核,这与啮齿类动物的分布存在明显差异。The aim of the present study was to investigate the distribution of Kisspeptin in the hypothalamus of prepubertal ewe. Three female 3 months aged small-tailed-han-sheep were killed, then hypothalamus were collected and then frozen sections were made for immunohistochemical analysis of distribution of Kisspeptin in the hypothalamus. The results showed that Kisspeptin-immune response （Kisspeptin-IR） cells were located predominantly in the arcuate nucleus. Kisspeptin-IR cells were also localized to the periventricular nucleus, supraoptic nucleus, dorsomedial nucleus, ventromedial nucleus, posterior nucleus and lateral nucleus of mammillary body in the hypothalamus. The results indicated that Kisspeptin were located predominantly in the arcuate nucleus, which was significantly different from that of rodents.
