摘 要:青海油田涩北气田经过十多年的开发,部分井区原始地层压力下降,边底水、层间水出水量逐年增大,导致部分井停产或产气量下降。该气田属第四系疏松砂岩气田,地层出砂较为普遍,从排水采气工艺适应性分析不难看出,由于现场没有工业电,机抽、电潜泵等工艺不具备现场实施条件。因此针对以上出水比较大的井急需要提供一套既能随时快速排水,恢复产能,又能够在现有条件下满足现场施工条件的新工艺来解决以上问题。After ten years of production in Sebei gas field in Qinghai, some wells are shut off or gas production decreases because of formation pressure decreasing and production of edge and bottom water and interlayer water production increasing year by year. Sebei gas field is belonged to Quaternary sand gas field, so it is general that formation produces sand. Pump withdraw and electricity submersible pump etc., are not suit to the site becase of no electricity onsite, according to technology adaption analysis of gas production with water draining. In view of the high water production wells, a new technology that can not only withdraw water quickly and recover gas production but also suit the site construction conditions is needed to solve the problems.
