摘 要:提出基于连续体拓扑优化设计理论的转镜结构拓扑描述方式和材料插值模型,利用有限元理论和方法,建立转镜各向同性惩罚微结构单模态拓扑优化插值模型,对转镜的第1阶固有频率进行最大动刚度拓扑优化数值分析,并根据转镜伪密度分布图,修改原有转镜结构.通过对修改前后转镜模态进行数值分析与试验发现,转镜第1阶固有频率由原来的713.6 Hz提高到821.4 Hz,第2阶固有频率值增加48%,第3阶固有频率值增加50%,其他各阶固有频率都有明显提高.试验结果和数值解在误差范围内保持一致.The material interpolation model and structure topology description model of rotating mirror is presented based on the topology optimization of continuum structure, and the single modality interpolation model with topology optimization of solid isotropic microstructures with penalization of rotating mirror is established by the finite element method. Based on this, the maximum dynamic stiffness topology optimization of rotating mirror is achieved to optimize the first natural frequency and to obtain the pseudo-density distribution chart. The original rotating mirror was modified based on the pseudo-density distribution chart. The numerical analysis and experiment of model about the two rotating mirrors are conducted to examine the results of topology optimization analysis. The results show that the first model of the new rotating mirror is improved from 713.6 Hz to 821.4 Hz, the second one increases by 48% and the third one increases by 50%. The natural frequencies of other models are significantly improved. The results from both the numerical analysis and experiment are consistent under the margin of error, showing a new view for improving the dynamic characteristic of rotating mirror effectively.
