语言暗示缓解微波治疗宫颈炎患者疼痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨语言暗示缓解微波治疗宫颈炎患者疼痛的效果。方法便利抽样法选择2010年1-6月在解放军总医院门诊部治疗的93例宫颈炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=48)。观察组患者在接受治疗前,护士与之沟通,告知宫颈无痛觉神经支配,术中无明显痛觉。而对照组患者常规行微波治疗,术前未予以语言暗示。术毕,采用视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)对两组患者进行疼痛程度调查。结果观察组患者VAS的平均评分为(3.042±0.955)分,而对照组患者为(3.719±1.486)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.070,P=0.043)。结论语言暗示疗法可以有效缓解微波治疗宫颈炎患者术中的疼痛不适。Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of verbal suggestion during cervicitis microwave treatment. Methods From January to June 2010,93 patients with cervicitis in the hospital were randomized into observational group （n = 45） and control group （n = 48）. Before the treatment, patients in the observational group were informed that there was not significant pain during microwave treatment due to the lack of pain nerves in the cervix. Then the patients in the control group were not informed of the psychological suggestion by nurses. After the treatment, the patients were scored on their pain levels with visual analog scale （VAS） after each procedure. Results The mean score of VAS at the test group was significantly lower than that of control group （3. 042±0. 955 vs 3. 719±1. 486 ,t=2. 070 ,P=0. 043）. Conclusion Psychological suggestion can effectively relieve pain during cervicitis microwave treatment in patients.
