中药“髓复康”抑制大脑损伤区内GFAP蛋白表达的实验研究

摘  要:目的:研究中药"髓复康"对大鼠脑缺血损伤区胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达的抑制作用;方法:利用大鼠MCAO模型,将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和"髓复康"治疗组、阳性对照组(激素组),每组8只均在8d,15d,30d等3个时间点,通过免疫组织化学染色方法检测各组脑损伤区胶质原纤维酸性蛋白表达的差异及胶质瘢痕形成的差异。结果:"髓复康"组与空白对照组相比,脑损伤区内胶质纤维酸性蛋白表达及胶质瘢痕形成受到明显抑制,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:"髓复康"可以抑制脑损伤区GFAP的表达及胶质瘢痕的形成,可能是其促进脑损伤后后神经纤维再生的机制之一。Objective: To study whether SUIFUKANG can inhibit the Glial fibrillary acid protein, GFAP in the injuried area of brain of cerebral ischemia of rat.. Methods : SD rats were selected and randomized into four groups : normal group, control group, treatment of Chinese herb SUIFUKANG group, treatment of methylprednisolone group. The expression of Glial fibrillary acid protein was detected by i,nmunohistology method. Also the glia scar area was measured. Result: The expression of GFAP in the injuried area of brain were apparently inhibited by SUIFUKANG ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , so did the glia scar area. Conclusion: SUIFUKANG can inhibit the expression of GFAP and the formation of glia scar of injuried area of brain. This function may be one of the mechanism that SUIFUKANG can promote the functional recovery after cerebral ischemia injury.
