摘 要:目的:探讨加味桂枝人参汤(MGD)对胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠的胰岛素增敏作用。方法:成功复制IR大鼠模型后,采用MGD进行干预,并与罗格列酮进行对照,观察比较治疗后大鼠空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素变化以及口服糖耐量并计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果:药物干预4周后与西药组比较,中药治疗组大鼠的血糖、血清胰岛素水平降低(P<0.05),糖耐量曲线下面积减小(P<0.01),胰岛素敏感指数增加(P<0.05)。结论:中药MGD对IR大鼠具有胰岛素增敏作用。Objective: to investigate the effect of the treatment on IR rats with modified Guizhirenshen decoction (MGD). Method: after the establishment of IR models, the fasting blood suger (FBS) and fasting serum insulin (FSIN) were measured, and the insulin sensitive index (ISI) and treated by Chinese medicine or western medicinefor 4 weeks, the area under glucosetolerance curve were calculated after so that the effect were testified and compared. Results:After treated for 4 weeks, compared with western medicine, for the group of Chinese medicine, the FBS and FSIN decreased obviously( P 〈 0. 01 ) , the area under glucosetolerance curve decreased obviously ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and the ISI increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : modified Guizhirenshen decoction can improve the IR model rats' insulin sensitivity.
