摘  要:目的:探讨人参和红花标准提取物配伍对心肌缺血犬心脏血流动力学的影响,为益气活血中药理论的诠释提供实验依据。方法:犬冠状动脉结扎造成急性心肌缺血模型,十二指肠分别给予质量标化的人参、红花提取物和二者配伍的混合物,观察心肌缺血犬心脏血流动力学的改变。结果:人参与红花提取物配伍可明显增加模型动物的冠脉血流量和心输出量,增加左室内压最大上升速率,降低左室舒张末压、冠脉阻力和总外周阻力。结论:益气药和活血药配对应用具有一定的协同增效作用,但有必要开展进一步的研究。Object: To study the compatibility of ginseng and safflower standard extracts on hemodynamics of myocardial ischemia in dogs, and provide some experimental evidences for the " Yiqi Huoxue" theory, of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Acute myocardial ischemia model was established by ligating coronary artery in dogs, and the changes of hemodynamics on experimental myocardial ischemia in dogs were observed after the drugs were given to the dogs by duodenal administration. Results: Ginseng and safflower standard extracts were prepared. The combination of ginseng and safflower could increase the coronary blood flow and cardiac output, increase maximum rise rate of left intraventricular pressure. Also, left ventricular end diastolic pressure, coronary vascular resistance and total peripheral vascular resistance were reduced. Conclusion: These matches showed synergistic interaction, but it is necessary to carry out further research.
