摘　　要：当前,我国户籍制度改革面临盲目性、不彻底性,法律规范滞后及定位不准等困惑。为此,提出建立城乡统一的居民户口制度,强化户籍管理的基础性工作,分类引导人口合理流动以及尽快完善户籍立法等户籍制度改革路径。At present, our residence registration system is faced with confusions of blindness, not - thoroughness,lag of legal regula- tions and inaccuracy of positioning. So it could be reformed by building uniform residence registration system in urban and rural areas, strengthening the basic work on residence management, guiding rational flow of population and perfecting residential system reform such as residence registration legislation.
