摘　　要：目的探讨提高后尿道狭窄治疗效果的吻合法,提高一次手术成功率。方法经会阴耻骨上联合切口入路,采用动脉瘤针后尿道吻合治疗外伤性后尿道狭窄18例。结果术后3周拔除尿管,随访16例,时间3个月-12年。15例排尿通畅,1例术后3个月尿流变细,定期尿道扩张后排尿恢复通畅。2例术后出现不同程度阳萎,1例半年后逐渐恢复。结论动脉瘤针后尿道吻合疗效满意,手术简单,成功率高,是较为理想的手术方式之一,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic results of transperineal urethroplasty for posterior urethral stricture and improve the success rate of operation.Methods Aneurysm needle was used in the surgical treatment of 18 patients with posterior urethral stricture.Results Ureter was pulled out 3 weeks after operation and 16 patients were followed up for 3 months to 12 years.15 patients were with good voiding and one patient was with urine rheological fine 3 months after operation who recovered good voiding after urethral dilatation.Two patients had different level impotence after operation and one of the two recovered 6 months later.Conclusion The efficacy of posterior urethral anastomosis using aneurysm needle was satisfactory.The simple operation with high success rate was one of the ideal surgical approach and worthy of clinical application.
