略论当代中国政治现代化的转型模式

摘　　要：政治转型是指从传统的专制集权统治向现代民主体制的过渡,亦即政治现代化和政治民主化的过程。自改革开放以来,中国不仅走上了社会主义市场经济道路,而且还出现了以政治基础的兼容化、政治权力的合理分配化、政治治理方式的民主法治化等为标志的政治转型与发展。目前这一转型还没有完成,但转型的基本轮廓和努力方向已经较为明晰,它们将成为我们今后继续推进政治转型的出发点。Political transformation refers to the transition from traditional authoritarian totalitarian rule to modern democratic institutions,That is,Political modernization and democratization of the political process.Since the beginning of reform and opening up,China has not only embarked on the road of socialist market economy,but also achieved political transformation and development which is marked by the compatibility of political basis,and the rational distribution of political power,and the democratization and legalization of political governance.Now this transformation has not been completed.But the transformation of basic outline and direction has become much clearer.And they will be starting points which we can continue to promote political transformation.
