摘　　要：安徽的城乡文化一体化建设已有一定的物质社会基础,但也面临体制机制的不顺或缺乏、公共文化设施的薄弱、农村文化发展的不平衡、文化发展的错位等问题。推进城乡文化一体化建设,既要充分利用现有的基础和条件,也要正视和解决当前的主要问题;既要进行制度创新,也要加大投入,拓宽资金筹集渠道;既要重点突破,分类实施,也要整体规划,循序渐进;既要增加文化供给,也要培育文化需求,注重农村文化供给与需求的有效衔接。The integration of urban and rural culture construction in Anhui has certain material foundation of society,but also meets with some problems,such as not smooth system mechanism or lack of smooth system mechanism,the poor public cultural facilities,the imbalance of rural cultural development,the dislocation of cultural development,and so on.In order to advance the integration of urban and rural culture construction,we not only should make full use of the existing foundation and conditions,but also must face and solve the current main problems;not only should we carry on the innovation of the system,but also we must increase investment,and expand financing channels;not only should we carry out key breakthroughs and classification,but also we must plan it integrally and push it step by step;not only should we increase cultural supplies,but also we must foster cultural demands,pay attention to the effective cohesion of the rural cultural supply and demand.
