内源激素对棉蕾铃脱落的影响

摘　　要：试验研究了不同生长时间的皖安庆大铃2号、GP75、秘鲁棉和陕白引矮株等4种棉蕾铃中内源激素含量及棉蕾铃脱落率。结果表明,棉蕾铃中内源激素与脱落率具有强相关性,不同内源激素也具有交互作用,棉蕾铃中细胞分裂素(ZR)、生长素(IAA)、茉莉酸类茉莉酸(JA)和脱落酸(ABA)等内源激素含量与脱落率呈显著相关。The contents of endogenous hormones and the rates of cotton buds and bolls abscission of Wanan- qingdaling 2, GP75, Peru cotton and Shanbeiyin dwarf cotton under different growth days were studied. The re- suits show that endogenous hormones in cotton buds and bolls were highly correlate with abscission rates, and the interaction among different kinds of endogenous hormones also existed. In addition, the content of cytokinin （ZR）, auxin （IAA）, jasmonic acid （JA） and abscisic acid （ABA） in cotton buds and bolls were significantly correlated with abscission rates of the cotton buds and boils.
